Assessment to final aimingOne clear scope, tested on site

01 / Project photographs

Real light, real landscapes.

These are photographs of distinct projects. They show separate properties and are not a before-and-after comparison.

02 / What we light

A plan for the place, not a row of fixtures.

01

Paths & entries

Make circulation more comfortable after dark while keeping glare out of sightlines.

02

Trees & planting

Use careful beam angles and spacing to show texture, height, and depth.

03

Architecture & outdoor living

Support a welcoming arrival and extend the atmosphere around patios and gathering spaces.

03 / Installation & repair

New systems, better performance, careful fixes.

We explain what can be reused, what needs repair, and how the proposed work fits the property.

Design and installation

We review focal points, nighttime use, fixture placement, wiring routes, transformer capacity, controls, and how to avoid unwanted glare. The agreed scope can include low-voltage fixtures, power distribution, automation, installation, and final aiming.

Repair and refinement

We diagnose dark or flickering fixtures, damaged wiring, connection faults, transformer or control issues, and poorly aimed lights. Repairs and LED updates are based on the condition of the existing system.

04 / Our process

From assessment to a verified nighttime effect.

  1. 01 / Walk the propertyUnderstand circulation, focal points, existing equipment, and your priorities.
  2. 02 / Define the scopeReview placement, fixture types, power, controls, and an itemized plan.
  3. 03 / Install or repairComplete the agreed work with attention to wiring, connections, and finish.
  4. 04 / Aim and verifyTest operation and adjust the light direction after dark when the project calls for it.

A site visit is needed to confirm scope. Existing wiring and transformer capacity may limit what can be reused.

05 / See your property after dark

Ask about a complimentary nighttime demo.

For suitable properties, we can place temporary low-voltage lights to help you picture selected trees, planting, or architectural details after dark. We’ll confirm whether a demo is available for your project, what it would cover, and a convenient time. There is no obligation to proceed with an installation.

Project photographs elsewhere on this page show completed work at distinct properties; they are not demo previews or before-and-after pairs.
