02 / What we do
A scope based on the property, not a preset fix.
We review the existing controller, zone wiring, valve response, and watering schedule. Depending on the diagnosis, work can include controller replacement, zone mapping, programming, and setup of compatible Wi-Fi features, including Hydrawise where appropriate. We test zone operation after configuration.
Remote features depend on a compatible controller, power, network connection, and the customer's account. A controller cannot correct a broken valve, leak, or poor physical coverage by itself.
