01 / Recognize the issue

When a sprinkler system needs attention

These signs help start a conversation; an on-site assessment determines the appropriate work.

  • Dry patches or uneven spray even though the schedule runs
  • A broken, tilted, blocked, or leaking sprinkler head
  • Water pooling around a pipe, valve box, or sprinkler zone
  • One zone staying on, not turning on, or losing pressure

02 / What we do

A scope based on the property, not a preset fix.

Caldren checks the affected zone, coverage, pressure, flow, heads, piping, valves, and controller behavior as relevant. The repair may involve replacing or adjusting heads and nozzles, repairing a line or valve, correcting a connection, or reprogramming a zone. A dry spot can also reflect shade, soil, or turf conditions; we look for that distinction before proposing work.

Underground leaks or damaged wiring can require excavation and additional diagnosis. We explain findings and scope before proceeding.

03 / Our process

Inspect, define, and verify.

  1. InspectRun the affected zones and identify the symptom and its location.
  2. DiagnoseCheck the likely hydraulic or electrical cause before defining the repair.
  3. Repair & verifyComplete the agreed scope, then test operation and spray coverage.
